A Conversation with Dr. Laura Diamondstone: Epidemiologist
It was a pleasure today to converse with Dr. Laura Diamondstone. Laura is a colleague of mine at the University of San Francisco and she is currently doing research in Avian Influenza. She teaches part time in the School of Nursing and shares with us her experiences as a nurse, epidemilogist and researcher. Welcome Laura!

Wow! What a fascinating interview! It is remarkable to hear the story of the path Dr. Diamondstone has taken to her current position. There is sobering news about the constantly mutating Avian Flu virus.
Listening to this podcast makes me envious of the dedication and collegiality of the faculty members at the University of San Francisco!
